Acceptance and eligibility

By using Elmofed or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If a student is below the legal age of majority, a parent or guardian must consent to and supervise use and purchases. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

Accounts and sign-in

• Provide accurate, current information and do not use a phone number assigned to another account without authority.
• Keep passwords and student or parent access codes confidential and do not share an account with anyone else.
• Notify support promptly if an access code is lost or you suspect unauthorized account use.
• You are responsible for account activity until you notify us and we can secure the account.

The learning service

The platform provides recorded lessons, learning files, assessments, messages, results, progress tracking, and purchase and access services. Content, schedules, and features may vary by grade, entitlement, and device. Results, points, and tracking tools support learning and are not an official qualification unless expressly stated.

Personal-use license

When access is granted or a lesson is purchased, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view it inside Elmofed while it remains available. Ownership of videos, files, questions, branding, and software is not transferred to you.

Video and content protection

We may suspend access, close an account, and take appropriate legal action when copying, distribution, or circumvention is suspected.

• Do not screen-record, film, download, copy, re-upload, or share lessons or files by any method.
• Do not extract a YouTube video link or identifier, open it outside the platform player, or attempt to reach a video unavailable to the account.
• Do not bypass device restrictions, lesson order, progress tracking, or protection controls or use modified devices, extensions, or tools to do so.
• Do not sell or share accounts, codes, or content or use them for an unauthorized group showing.

Progress, assessments, and lesson unlocking

The platform stores video progress, watched ranges, completion percentages, and assessment results. Access to a later video or lesson may require completing earlier videos, passing an assessment, or waiting for review of a written answer. Do not submit false progress, answers, or scores or have another person take an assessment through your account.

Progress synchronization can be delayed temporarily by the network or device. If an error continues, contact support with account and lesson details without sharing your password.

Prices, payments, and wallet

Price, currency, and payment method are shown before order confirmation. Some lessons may be free or available through a code or wallet credit. Electronic payments made through Fawaterak are also subject to the payment provider's terms, and paid access is granted only after confirmation through approved channels.

In app versions distributed through a mobile store, purchases may use a payment system permitted by the platform or app store, or may be unavailable in that version. Do not circumvent the payment path shown to you.

Cancellation and refunds

Review order details before paying. Cancellation and refund requests are assessed based on transaction status, whether access was granted or content consumed, the payment provider's terms, and applicable law. A change of mind after opening or using content does not guarantee a refund unless the law requires otherwise. Contact support with the transaction reference for an incorrect or duplicate charge.

Prohibited conduct

• Breaking into the service, testing vulnerabilities without written permission, disrupting it, or flooding it with automated requests.
• Impersonating another person or misusing student, parent, teacher, or staff information.
• Sending abusive or unlawful content or malicious software through messages or attachments.
• Using a bot, scraper, or automated analysis tool to collect or republish content or data.
• Manipulating payments, receipts, learning points, attendance, or assessment results.

Intellectual property and third-party content

The platform, branding, design, original lessons, and materials belong to their owners or licensors. Third-party content, including YouTube content, remains subject to its owner's rights and terms. Use of Elmofed gives no right to reuse content beyond the permitted personal educational purpose.

Availability and changes

We work to provide a stable service, but maintenance and failures of networks or third-party services may occur. We may update features, content, prices, and device requirements or discontinue part of the service for operational, security, or legal reasons. We will try to notify users of material changes when practical.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account, restrict access, or terminate it for breach of these Terms, fraud, account or content sharing, or risk to the platform or its users. A user may request account deletion through the contact information below. Duties that naturally continue after termination, including intellectual property and payment and violation records, remain effective.

Limits of liability

Elmofed provides learning tools and does not guarantee a particular grade or academic outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by outages outside our control, account misuse, or breach of these Terms. These Terms do not exclude a warranty or right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are subject to the competent courts while preserving mandatory consumer rights. We may revise the Terms when the service or law changes. The revised version will be posted with its update date, and continued use after it takes effect indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
